Dreamer Lyndsey Clark at the age of 27 was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. She had a simple and heartfelt dream of being able to take her 6 year old daughter to The Sound of Music. She wanted to create special, everlasting memories for her family and especially her daughter. She has been searching for ways to help her daughter Nyah cope. Lyndsey found very few children’s books to help explain the changes in her life. Seeing an opportunity, she enlisted the help of two of her oldest friends to create and share her story. Lyndsey asked that a portion of the proceeds is donated to Dreams2live4 so that more Dreams can come true for patients living with metastatic cancer.
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of all those who have donated to Dreams2Live4, we were able to make Lyndsey’s dream of taking her family to The Sound of Music come true! Realising dreams brings joy and hope to patients like Lyndsey who are facing this devastating disease.
We miss you Lyndsey and we will be forever grateful that we could make your Dream come true. Thank you for making more Dreams come true.
“Nyah (my daughter) loved it so much, she sang along the whole time and knew all the words…To top off the wonderful night, Nyah got to order room service for the first time at midnight and for her that was the icing on the cake”
