This single Mum’s Dream for her kids

This Mum and her kids have been through hell. “I woke up from a Coma in Gold Coast Hospital and was told I had cancer and a rare blood disorder of the brain.

The doctor told me I had six months to live and would be placed into palliative care. My first and only words were ‘no way, I have three children and my youngest is only eight’. Those words have given me the strength and courage to fight this cancer each and every day. ”

Lina’s battle has come amidst family heartache and¬†has taken a huge toll on this single mum and her kids. She yearns to leave them with memories far from hospitals and waiting rooms.

“My kids have been my inspiration, cried with me, laughed with me and supported me each and every day. My dream is to take my children to the snow. I want to be there to capture the joy, laughter and smiles on their faces as they ski down the mountains towards me. I will be there waiting for them at the bottom. I want to leave them with memories of laughter and adventure – something to hold onto and never forget.” – Lina
